Auto tagging cbox in blogs programe.

I nid a programmer to help me make a sript that could fits this following things. -able to put in signs like heart shape or skulls -can put in chinese characters too -able to tag on shoutmix if possible -can set the expire date. -can have a tagging list for us to edit at any time -auto tag on other ppl's blog cbox. -tag line can we choose and edit anytime [Posting of Contacts is Prohibited - GAF Admin] Thanks!
