I purchased a tumblr theme and I would like someone to customize it further.

The theme is called Narnia and is is found at [login to view URL]

I would like to following:

1. Fix Twitter share button

2. Add "AddThis" share button

3. Add Pinterest share button

4. Fix a small margin problem with text

5. Remove hyperlinks to "Install Theme".

6. Add Disqus comment feature

7. Remove share buttons from pages (not posts)
