Blogger Template Upgrade

This is really simple for anyone that has the time and knowledge. I have a blog, [login to view URL] in which makes use of the old blogger code, format, template style. I want it upgraded to the new blogger template style. I want it to look as-is, and be able to feel and act as it does. Finally take advantage of all the new features, for sharing post, etc. that comes with the new blogger template, structure and scripting codes.
