Blog with Regisration

I want a Blog that I can independantly update, access & change the topic for discussion of the day, while keeping a record of every post on that subject for the day. I want those that want to post to the blog to have to register their email address before they post. This will in turn will provide me with a database of email addresses. I also want margins on this multi-subject blog page to be large enough for google ad sense. In short, an 'editable web page' so I can post a new subject to blog about every day, and read what people have to say about the subject, but they can't post unless they register. The register process will also have a small legal disclosure they will have to read. The home page needs to be flashy (no pun intended) and have linked to: Today's top 3 blogs (which I author) Most Popular (which is based on count) Best posts (Again i Note)
