Need someone to design a blog website. Nice and simple. Features: _Flash Banner on Homepage _Editor Article Section: Need a section on the Hompage for editor to put articles without doing any programming. _Member Registration/Login Facility: So that only members can post stuff. _Advertisements: Need sapce for advertisements & an automatic system to process advertisers payments.
