Animated GIF Banners for consumer website required

We're looking for an experienced banner designer, location is unimportant. English fluency required. We will require initially a number of different sized animated gif banners designed. We run a number of competition and gaming sites so it has to be slick and professional looking. For the right designer, the job would increase to include regular multiple banners for our other sites. However, first we need to be sure of the reliability and skill of the designer, therefore it would be 1 or 2 banners. We'd like to see a portfolio of your previous work, and a sample for the requested work. We'd be willing to pay $10 per banner for the first 2. If good then we may raise rate.
