We are looking for someone to generate HVAC 3D models, using AutoCAD MEP or Revit, and host BIM Coordination Meetings, utilizing Navisworks for syncing models from multiple disciplines to run clash detection. Webinars are likely 1-2 days/week to review progress and coordinate models. Applicants must be able to read and understand 2D construction plans to build the 3D HVAC model. If you are local to the project there is the option to work with the project team onsite, but it is not a requirement. The project will run approximately from the beginning of January through the end of February, 2017. You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: 1. What software programs you have expertise in using? Do you own these programs? 2. How have you gained experience in these programs? 3. Please list applicable construction or engineering experience with durations. 4. What is your BIM Coordination experience? 5. What is your location and are you are willing to attend meetings onsite if the project is local?
