Able to produce construction documents for residential remodel. I use Chief Architect to produce initial output to DWG which can be completed in AutoCAD with an assistant who is familiar with USA city code requirements. I can provide, plans, elevations, cross sections, and plot plans, but I need someone to add notes and details to complete construction plans for final permit process for the city of Seattle, WA, USA. Thank you. If you do not have experience with permit ready plans for USA cities, please do not respond.

Not only am I an InterNachi home inspector I also am a Senior Design Draftsman for multiple construction companies who need access to someone who can not only alter drawing for code enforcement but also add the proper notations as per IBC 2006. How many drawings do you currently have? What year what the house built and what foundation does it currently have? I am sure most of these questions would be answered if awarded the project.
