I need two tasks....! First, I need a Service Windows written in delphi to able to stream an audio files to one and more android devices. The format of audio files in imput is wave , ocg and mp3. Second, I need an app written for Android device to able to connect to the server select a file from a list of files and after listen to it. By, App I can go to the and or at the begin of audio file and jump in other position of audio file in real time.
