Hello we have a GSM Gateway (up to 16 channels) and we need to make simultaneous outgoing calls from a laptop under windows 8. You can add a linux emulator if it's more easy for you. So the device will be connected in locahost with the laptop and we need something to setup by ourselves the time when the call have to start, the numbers we wish to dial, the max duration for each, and a minimum and maximum value duration to wait between each calls. We also need to make different DTMF for each calls ! IMPORTANT : we don't need to hear the communications, the project just only need to help us to make everyday outgoing calls automatically.

I have worked on VOIP projects like this before using Asterisk and Twilio. I did not understand the description well. I feel you want to automate calling through a GSM gateway. Asterisk has to support the GSM gateway for calls to happen. Also let me know how DTMF will be used.
