Asterisk Caller ID project

Hi i need somebody who will be able to configure a tapi software in windows and connect it to trixbox. i need the tapi to provide callerid information, extension that answered to a taxi booking system which reads the information that tapi software sends. Currently the tapi software shows caller id and extension on incoming call but once call is connected it only sends callerid and not extension number and so the booking system cannot read it. Please advise on your thoughts, may need to develop a windows based tapi software that reads the information that asterisk sends then interprets it into a format that the taxi booking system wants.
