A2billing speed dial customization

I need to customize the a2billing speed dial. I want to avoid being prompted to enter the speed dial digit which is 0..9. Instead i have 10 local access numbers for my customers that i'd like to be assigned to each speed dial. For instance if customer dial access number 214 960 3005, speed dial 0 should be dynamically dialed without having to be pressed on the phone keypad. If there are no speed dials then the normal ivr "please enter your pin" or "enter your destination number" for pinless dials. pinless customers are authenticated based on CallerID so multiple customers can share a single DID (Local Access number).
