Assist with Project Management

I need someone who can research & contact 40+ hotels for meeting/event pricing in 6 different cities, fill out details in a spreadsheet, hyperlink & attach proposals, then send the spreadsheet along with the proposals in a zip file. Although I only need information on 40+ hotels, you will need to research multiple quality hotels in each location and be selective with which hotel to include in the 40+, contact and follow-up with each hotel on proposal status, etc. So this job in its entirety can be very time consuming, but will mostly be comprised of waiting for RFP submissions from the hotel. I'm estimating it will take a 1-2 weeks to complete this to perfection. My top priority is the first 5 rows for the event in the Bay Area, CA, Financial District, and would like to have that back by Friday at the latest. I'm looking for quality and accuracy.
