Cartoonist needed for Monopoly Board

We're doing a version of monopoly for the town of Destin, FL. Destin is known as the World's Luckiest Fishing Village and is a tiny island located on the panhandle of Florida. We need a few spaces on the board drawn and colored. You are bidding to draw the following: A drawing for the space Dive In, aka. GO A drawing for the space Hospital, aka. JAIL A drawing for the space Beach Access, aka. FREE PARKING A drawing for the space Too Much Sun, aka. GO TO JAIL A drawing for the space Treasure Chest, aka. Comm Chest A drawing for the space Luck, aka. Chance A drawing for the space Midnight Snack, aka. Luxury Tax A drawing for the space Fill er' Up, aka. Luxury Tax All artwork must be done in 300dpi and be full color using up the entire space block. **In order to get a response, you must show your artwork.** In the graphic attached, you'll see a treasure chest and dive in space already filled. Those have not been created for us or by us, just an idea of the colors and idea we would like for all the spots.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
