Quite a bit, actually. I put away almost two packs a day for nigh on a decade--and quitting was no easy task. Today, however, it's been over a year since I've smoked a cigarette, and I can't tell you how much better I feel. I run five miles a day and don't cough up any weird objects after doing so. I would like to start by informing you that I have first hand experience of overcoming serious addiction. Hence, I firmly believe that I am perfectly placed to work on this project with you.
