While the job seems pretty straight forward, it has been my experience that employers tend to add a barrier or two to the job. Thus, on a project this large, I always require a higher pay. In addition, I now require that all employers pay half up front and the other half once project is completed. There are two reasons for the break-up of the total cost of project.
1) The half up front of the fee shows me (the employee) that you (the employer) are willing to actually pay for the project.
2) The 2nd half paid after completion of project helps to reassure you (the employer) that I (the employee) will complete the project on time since I want the full amount.
For each 24 hours that I am late in turning in the completed project is a price reduction of $50 for you (the employer).
By rewarding me the project, you agree to these terms.
