John Smith has been an Owner with our Club for 11 years. His payments are debited automatically from his bank account. An issue with his bank last month caused his payment not to be debited, but he wasn’t aware of this. His account has since been charged a late fee by us and he has received a notice telling him his payments are overdue. He has called to enquire what has happened, and has requested an explanation.
