Most Haunted Places in London
Sometimes you do get tired of the beaten track. After all, there are only so many times you can visit the clubs, cultural venues, shops and rooftop restaurants in London. They get a tad dreary after some time. Something a little different is called for – something a bit thrilling yet a bit chilling. And where look for such thrills and chills, but a city as old and historically rich as London. With everything it has seen and been through in the last two thousand years, there are plenty of places that can scare the you-know-what out of you.
Tower of London
It comes as no surprise that the Tower of London is haunted or even that it is one of the most haunted places in London. After all, a lot of famous and infamous personages have been imprisoned here and some (only a very few) have even been executed. One of the most famous (or notorious) ghosts here is Anne Boleyn, second wife of Henry VIII, who was beheaded at the Tower.
