Curator, licensee and organizer of the premier TEDx conferences in my country, Kosovo, respectively TEDxPrishtina and TEDxPrishtinaWomen. I am also one of only 10 scholars worldwide of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for being an innovative thinker and doer.
Formerly worked as a social media marketing manager at RED Communications, a PR firm in Pristina, Kosovo. Afterwards, I worked as a sponsorship and outreach person to build and maintain good relations with our partners.
Previously, I have been a writer at Kosovo 2.0, a magazine dedicated to raising awareness about pressing issues in my home country of Kosovo. I wrote articles on a regular basis for the website on topics including cultural, political, and social issues, as well as led an extensive research study on the current state of higher education in the country. I still write for Kosovo 2.0 as a contributor, but on a less involved basis, and the current articles I write for them are published in the biannual printed international magazine (available in several countries, including Germany) instead of online.
