Job Description This person’s primary duties will be to enhance the online presence for Josh Lavik & Associates through the development of the community pages at [login to view URL] and real estate blog at joshlavik.blogspot.com. There are approximately 120 neighborhoods in Madison that need relevant content to give potential home buyer’s an idea of what it’s truly like to live in each neighborhood. Key skills - WRITING Exceptional writing and communication skills Ability to stay focused and push content on a consistent basis Knowledge of blogging and basic html Most blog posts shall be around 500 words Basic photography skills to take 2-10 relevant photos of an area Additional duties - VIDEO Assist the team in coming up with bi-monthly educational blog posts regarding real estate in the Madison area. Including, but not limited to, current market trends, frequently asked questions, common challenges in real estate, and other items of value that can be discussed in a short 1-4 minute video to be posted on the team’s real estate blog. Ability to do basic video editing using given templates Team dynamic We are a growing real estate team in the Madison area and help make the home buying and selling process a smoother more enjoyable process. We are seeking a team member to help continue this mission and become the Realtor of choice in the Madison area. Time commitment - Flexible This position is open ended at this time. Initially we see this as a part-time position that could grow into a full-time position. Or on a contract basis. No benefits provided
