Honestly, I am new to the freelance industry. I am an undergraduate student of a local university from which I learned much of my skills. I worked with the university student press for three (3) years as an editor for feature articles. As such, I also regularly contribute feature stories and poems for the literary section. Furthermore, I am frequently sent as a delegate to student press conferences and journalism seminars sponsored by the Department of Education. I won awards in Copyreading and Headline writing, Editorial writing, News writing, Sportswriting and Feature writing.
In the Philippines, English is the medium of instruction and students are expected to be immersed in its use when speaking, reading and writing. I have been privileged to have come from an institution which values the need to develop and improve the fluency of the students in speaking and writing English. That training, along with the frequent exposure to English films, novels and broadcasts, helped me to become very fluent in its use.
I don't demand much for my services. I know that clients out there would want to hire more expensive bids to ensure quality work. But for a newbie like me, without the feedback and positive reviews, I cannot build up a good reputation without starting from the lowest ranks. My bid is low, but rest assured that it will live up to your expectations.
Thank you so much for this opportunity to work for you. I will be hoping for your positive response. Good day!
Very sinc
