Job satisfaction among staff of software projects management Abstract This paper presents the necessary evidence for the fact that taking necessary action towards the management of diversity greatly contributes towards the betterment of the projects team performance, hence ensuring tremendous business benefits. In current time’s project managers all over the world are attaining teams comprising of individuals from several cultures, casts, creeds, demographics, etc. Initially these personnel may feel that they are dreading new grounds hence feel awkward. This research paper describes the necessary management steps which are to be adopted in order to ensure job personnel satisfaction and to assist managers of cultural diverse teams, thus attaining enhanced productivity. This indirectly results in the successful conclusion of projects in a more effective yet efficient manner. Keeping in mind the common problems of job security, social simulation, demographic factors, and other cultural based issues many project managers have adopted necessary approaches.
