Apple Motion 5 - Animation Logo

I need a logo animated (See attached image) in Apple Motion 5 program. The logo will start with a closed book layed down flat. After about 3 seconds the book will open and when it's opening the background of the city will appear. After city appears, the most outer circular ring will animate from bottom to top like a rising and glowing sun. And at last after the circle completes animation the words "SEATTLE BETHANY BIBLE SCHOOL" will slide down from behind of the logo. The final frames of animation should look like the attached file - Black & White. The duration of video animation should be 10 to 20 seconds. Video Format: HD 1080 Frame Rate: 30fps Again, final project must be in Apple Motion 5 format.
