Hello Normally I would use this site when I need a software project designed however I thought I would give it a go to see if any hardware specialists exist also. Basically my Seagate 120GB hardrive has packed in. It is no longer spinning and I have tried (in vain) to connect it to a seperate PC. I have run diagnostic programs on it and managed to map around 10,000 files however they mostly seem to be coming from the OS. What I want are the files within the MyDocs folder (pics/word docs etc) Music and Movies are not important since they can be easily replaced but everything else would be desirable. I have now replacced the harddrive on the laptop and reinstalled windows along with and fixes/patches If files can not be retrieved, I request the harddrive be returned. If repaired, the hardrive will be returned and the files sent on either DVD or downloadable via FTP Please comment on your experience in this field when quoting.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
