Looking for a web programmer who help me expand my web sites abilities. Someone who I can forward jobs on to and they can be done in a reasonable time frame. My current programmer has been unavailable for long periods of time in 2013 with several jobs just never completed or got started, been working with him since 2005, would like similar arrangement with pay per hour rate of 45 aud $ Making adjustments to existing code to improve user experience, adding new features etc. Suggested improvements and helping me build the sites capabilities would also be great
