Detective work in Spain

I need someone who can visit and check two addresses in Spain. We prepare a claim against a Spain-based company and we would like to check this company existence and size. I have two addresses where this company may be located, one of them is in Portocolom and another one is in Sant Agusti. The accurate addresses and company name will be provided to the winning bidder. If you may visit just one address, then this is OK, just specify which of the towns you may check. On delivery I expect to get the following from you: a) a brief report - does the company reside at the addresses I will give to you, or not - does it occupy the entire building or just one/several room(s) - does the building look expensive/cheap - try to pass a reception, if any, and check size of the company, e.g. do they have just one 3x3 room, or do they occupy several rooms, do they have a secretary, how much staff members did you see, does it look poor or rich? I suggest you to introduce yourself as a courier and pass them any ads catalog, anything you want, just to pass a reception and visit their office. b) To prove your report, you will need to take several pictures: - a building, which corresponds to the address - the plate with the street name and address. It has to be good visible. If there is no a plate with the street address on the actual building, then take a picture of any other nearby building and a plate. So I can be sure that you visited the street - any plate with the company name, at the reception, at the door in their office, etc. If there is no such a plate, then state it in the report - preferred, but not required, a picture of the office The last two items are not required as I understand it may be difficult to do that. But if you provide me with that pictures, then I'll pay you a bonus. Please make sure that you don't break any local laws or regulations. You will need to sign NDA prior getting the detailed information from me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). **Report and pictures as stated in the Description. Please keep in mind, that I need you to gather all applicable evidences even if the company doesn't exist at the given address(es), anything which can help me to understand if the company is big or not and if it still exists. So the deliverables should consist of the report, that answers all the questions above and at least two pictures: of the building and its or nearby address, that proves that you visited the given address. Bonus for other pictures** ## Platform **report in RTF format, pictures in JPEG format (a good quality, at least 1024x768), so the address and how the building looks like is good visible. The last two pictures (the company plate and the office) may be taken with a cellular phone, no need for a good quality here.**
