Utility description: - Utility should be able to set for various directories monitoring. - Each directories that are monitored, should be able to have a couple of criteria settings - For each criteria should be able to set a couple of reaction methods (any or all) o Send SMS o Make a sound o Pop up window - To be able to set different times in a settings menu o Monitoring cycle o “if?? reaction times o Retries - To be able to set up the following o Mirror one directory/drive to an other (i.e. C:\data -> M:\) o To be able to set up the above, yet to move files to one, two or three locations o To be able to FTP files from one location to selected location(s) (preset in the setting menu - Utility should have user and admin level access o Admin should have extra functions that can only be seen and change by o User level access to run monitoring and some changes o The level of access on each function can be controlled by admin in a setting panel (i.e. modifying directories to be monitored may can be modified by user level access, yet changing SMS related option only by admin. In admin panel to have tick options next to modules to give or not to give access to user for it) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP or above
