I have an ASP.NET 2.0 website with Access 2003 backend database.

Here's what I need you to do:

1. Create an installer that will automatically install files and set writable permissions for the App_Data folder.

2. The installer should ask for the path of another Access database file, and then set writable permissions for that folder too.

3. The installer should be installable by users with administrator privilege (not only by administrators) on Windows 7 (32 bit and 64 bit) and SBS 2003.
