Code 5 pages of html

Set up proper and accurately coded html pages (5) using text, professionally designed graphics already created, video codes (provided), keywords (provided), meta tags(provided) , autoresponder codes (provided), google analytics codes (provided), buy links (provided), pictures and signatures, based on an existing template. Must generate highly professional looking site based on model given. Must be prepared to do a minor amount of design (attractive tables but no extra graphics to be designed) on the sites. Must be able to manipulate code so that layout is preserved strongly. Must know how to code sites so they will appear correctly in all major browsers. Using all these design features will upload pages to ftp. Must be prepared to make minor modifications until the pages look very good. Must be fast, accurate and flexible so that sites can get up very rapidly. Pages will be the same on 2 domains (squeeze and sales page... content will be identical). So essentially this means laying out and cleaning up 2 pages and then mirroring them on 2 domains. Ftp etcetera will be provided to coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform viewable in all major browsers
