The project is called "Sync Zambia" because it connects businesses to one another. this is a B2B application spanning across numerous industrial categories. It enables companies to conduct business in an efficient, cheaper way and paperless manner. the application has three interfaces namely: the supplier's interface, the buyer's interface and the system administration interface. The supplier's interface enables the supplier to post products and services, add and delete employees having different security clearances, edit their company details and other necessary company profile settings. The system administrator interface monitors the the activities within the system, suspends or deletes subscribers from the system. the core features of the applications are as follows: 1. Generation of e-Quotation and Invoices 2. Sending of Invitation for Bids, Expressions of Interests 3. Chat Messenger 4. Inbox for Messages 5. Promotional Messages (catalogues from supermarkets) 6. Public notifications from the 7. local News section where people can read their favorite newspapers: with features such as breaking news feature.
