Blackjack Statistics Generator

The final application is a Blackjack strategy analyzer. Given an input file that specifies what the player should do in every combination of the player's 2 cards and the dealer's upcard, the application should run simulations on game play and output resulting win/loss statistics. ## Deliverables Please see attached detailed specification for all requirements. A sample input file is also attached. This file has been updated recently (again) with new requirements. Finally, I would ask that only people with a familiarity with the rules of Blackjack submit bids. I have outlined the rules in the specification but, as Blackjack is a fairly nuanced game, it would be very helpful if the programmer already had a working knowledge of the game before starting the project.
