Astrlogicall Calculation

I need a software in VB/VB.net/C# build with classes and good design to calculate Astrological Data for all planets for a given date and time. I don't need drawing different chats and other things which can be calculated with planetry position. (for all plantes) 2) Cusp Of Houses According to Indian systems ----------------------------- No Bhavas Sandhi ----------------------------- 01 03-04-17-38 03-17-56-55 02 04-01-36-13 04-15-15-30 etc... Please bid only if yu are capable. Also Since I don't need a full featured Astrology Software, so Bid amount should be justified. Thanks for your participation. ## Deliverables Also I have tested some astrology program and they give error on some perticular date so I will be testing your program for every day from 1/jan/1960 to 1/jan/2020. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
