We need this 2D logo turned into a short animation to be used in a product video. Some suggestions are to maybe have the mascot taking the bag off and throwing away or folding the handle down and giving a thumbs-up with his tail wagging and possibly winking. -We are looking for a 2D animator who can make "Scoop E. Doo" come alive! -Animation should be no longer than 3 seconds in length. -Deliverables must be 4K ready in an uncompressed format that is Adobe After Effects compatible and have an alpha (transparency) channel to overlay on video. -We would purchase outright the copyright. Artist may use logo for their portfolio. -Artist must sign a contract -Artist must submit a quote for total price of completed project -Artist must have a portfolio of similar work. -Deadline is April 11 2016
