Hi - we need some short piece of 2D animation for an education website. We'll storyboard the clips which will be between 15 and 30 seconds long. They are simple on a white background so no sets are necessary, just character animation. If you can give us an idea of how much you would charge for 15 seconds and 1minute of finished 2D animation.
