Annimation Video - Energy Recycling Technology

We are a manufacturer of an energy saving component known as an energy recovery wheel. Our wheels are integrated into commercial ventilation systems to recycle energy from building exhaust air that would otherwise be wasted to the outdoors. The recycled energy is then used to pre-condition fresh outdoor air ventilation before it is distributed to the buildings interior space, reducing the energy cost of fresh air ventilation up to 80%.. We would like to create an animated video that captures the process and illustrates the benefits (visually and possibly voice over) that would be featured on our website and used as a marketing tool. Our preliminary thoughts for the video are as follow: 1. Depict a rooftop ventilation unit delivering fresh air to a building and exhausting stale air from the same building (explain that building codes require this continual exchange of air for the health and well being of it's occupants) 2. Visually show that the exhaust air leaving the building contains energy that is continually being wasted while the fresh air entering the building is being heated or cooled depending on the season (explain that conditioning fresh air can represent up to 50% of the total heating and cooling energy cost) 3. Zoom into the ventilation unit and remove the cover to show the two separated airstreams traveling in opposing directions within the unit. (explain that exhaust air provides a constant source of low grade energy that can be recycled to provide free preconditioning of the outdoor air minimizing demand for conditioning with more expensive fuels such as electricity and natural gas. 4. Introduce an energy recovery wheel into the two air streams. Start the wheel rotating to demonstrate the transfer of energy between the two airstreams. Explain how energy recovery wheels recycle this energy providing a far more cost-effective means of pre-conditioning the fresh outdoor air. 5. Preconditioning outdoor air with recycled energy also lessens the energy on the heating and air-conditioning system enabling the use of downsized heating and cooling equipment.(If we can find a simple way to show this ok, if not it could be addressed in a voice over) Note: Because energy recovery wheels transfer heat and moisture from the warm humid to the cool dry airstream, the direction of energy transfer changes from summer to winter. Therefore we envision creating this video for how it works in summer and how it works in winter.. We are targeting completion of project by the end of March 2014. We require full rights and ownership of the animation and prefer to make milestone payments. Please provide proposal that includes detailed scope of work and suggestions along with examples of your work. The finished project should be suitable for viewing over the web or on a laptop.
