Animated Ad Loops

Hi, I'm looking for a freelancer that can create some animated graphic advertising content for me. The first two sets of animated ad will be samples for potential customers AutoZone and Lowes Home Improvement Stores. If we get the contract there will be a significant amount of work for the chosen designer/animators. The first order will be for two loops containing 10 different animated ad spots, each ad spot 12 seconds long. The content is going on LED screens 192Hx128W and running avi or wvm. The ad content for these first two loops isn't specific (won't be seen by end users) but must be based on products from AutoZone and Lowes websites. I'd like a fixed quote for these two sample loops and before we'd agree to purchase we'd like to see a 10sec ad animation sample for AutoZone or Lowes.
