Character for food chain

I want to create a character for a food chain. If I like the mock up for the character, I will pay to use the character in a comic strip. Food is called skinny fries, and we offer low calorie fries. I want to create a character to have a comic section, if I like the character you create, I will pay you for both the character and the comic strip. I will also re-hire you in the coming weeks for more comic strips as this will get regular. Ideally the cartoon character should be a fry that should be skinny, maybe with abs. will only hire after mock up character is created!
