Cartoon Project

I'm looking for a help with a Cartoon project I have been working on for quite some time, I'm in the search for an artist, now first off I don't have alot in the way of money to pay, so if your looking for alot of that I do not have it. Based on Guru's policies I have to offer a rate so I will offer around 50 dollars or so per design. But I am willing to authorize a partnership for future moneys earned if that's okay? I have the project, the scripts, the ideas, just need an artist. Someone who can draw me character designs and do some work in helping bring my cartoon to life. If that's you hit me back with a response and I'll tell you more of what I need.
