This animation needs to go for 40 seconds, can be done in 3D or 2D as long as its stylised similar to anime/manga, can be produced in colour or grey scaled depending on artists ability and within budget. The scene is a completely black room with a single spot light over head (the moon) peering through a metal grate lightening up over the female character, she's sitting legs to the side on a cobbled floor with a puddle of water just in front of her. The character is based on the image [login to view URL] but stylised by the artist to be a bit younger and fit within the anime convention similar to the anime_Style.jpg.
