Create a 2D Animation in After Effects

We are looking for a skilled 2D animator in After Effects who will create the graphic part of a motion video. The script, voice and music will be provided by us, the story board and the animation will be done by the animator. We want a very fluid dynamic sequence of animations, nothing rigid and a good balance of colors. A good example of this is: [login to view URL] It will be a +- 2 min. video and the delivery should be done in 3 weeks. We shall have at least 2 skype meetings a week to talk about the progress and the documents for the work should be shared via Dropbox. The location of the artist is not important.
