develop an Android application -- 2

I have the creative design ready for every app Functionalities Included in the Application: 1- Ordering from Application 2- On App notification 3- Menu Items 4- Location Maps 5- Gallery 6- Our story Details Required: 1- Regarding the location. first time a person orders he will add his location, the next he orders a tab needed for re-location incase he want to order from somewhere else. 2- when first open the application it will ask what city where are in for example we chose Dubai and based on that the locations of the restaurant for dubai will only appear and the location needs to be connected to the google maps. ( please refer to the website [login to view URL] to add even better than the location map existed.) As an example of my restuarant 3- when for example a Burger is ordered there will be tabs of plus and minus ± to either add more burgers or removing burgers. 4- Regarding the ordering the customer will have two options either to order thru the app or call on a specific number for ordering. 5- for each city example dubai all the restaurant will be listed in a page but with no landline of each restaurant only the delivery number will be added. to avoid confusions. 6- must be able to send notification for all of who downloaded the application for example a notification of buy one burger get one free. 7- Payment will be either on the app or upon delivery  8- Regarding the our story i will handle the info. 9- in the main page for first time users in will ask to "login" and choose their location or "skip" if they only want to check he app first. 10- i want call to action to be added for example at the button it will keep asking to call now, if call now is clicked for order and it will directly call to the delivery number.
