android developer for simple task

I have an app that takes before and after photos of flats for each room like bathroom, living room, WC, etc. I just want to add few more rooms in dropdown and add a validation for minimum photos required for each room so it will show photo count in red color until the minimum no. of photos are captured, and then green once min captured.
