Will this require to provide u the hardware also or just the design? I have been working on arduino for last 4 years and have been able to develop modules for x-ray machines for displaying voltages and currents. This is a similar project Please discuss on the design/hardware part.

i'm have good experience so it's an easy task to get the data you want in my case i will use arduino or atmega to achieve the task to send this to the android phone and which it send it to the server as you want those all will be in good interfacing.
