Create Unity3D native plug-in from Android speech recognition libraries

I need the SREC embedded speech recognizer (a component of the Android platform until Lollipop) built into a 32-bit native Unity3D plug-in. The OS X platform is essential to me. Windows is extra-credit, and if you think you can do it for me, we can tackle it as a separate project. A 32 bit version (only) is required, as the difficulty of converting SREC to 64 bit compatibility is allegedly why it was eventually removed from the Android platform. The OS X plug-in would have to be packaged in a .bundle file. WHO WILL ACE THIS CONTRACT The successful contractor should be familiar with Unity3D plug-ins and be able to work with the large Android codebase from which the SREC recognizer must be extracted. Before responding, please make sure you understand what this entails (I sometimes get respondents whose background is centered on website backends, which is pretty different stuff!). I will share the Java code I was able to use to call into the JNI lib on OS X (which will prove helpful in showing how to create C# interface glueware code), as well as provide a sample grammar file to test against. I also have some notes from a previous contractor showing how he seemed to succeed in building the SREC component libraries on OS X using command-line tools. I cannot vouch that they actually work in his embodiment.
