Crear una apliación para iPad

Hi, I'm looking for someone to develope my app for Ipad first, but I'd like to upgrade it to Iphone and Android. It would be a 2D game, I have all the screens ready, only 8 game screens, and a couple of splash screens, also just the main character who's already design will have some movements, like blink, smile, talk... bat the rest of the items won't be animated.
