Convert a Arduino hardwired program to use a BLE Mobile Device -- 2

I have a program that currently works to control 4 trains using Adafruit Motor Shield V2. via hardwired controls (ie 4 sliders for speed, 4 switches for direction, 1 switch to set mode Train or Trolley for the 4th train, 1 to set delay of 30 or 60 seconds when train 4 is in trolley mode, and 1 switch to control lighting). This currently works for hardwired controls.

I need to mobilize this program using a Adafruit nRF8001 BLE breakout board. The mobile apps need to use sliders and switches to perform the same functions as the hardwired controls. It needs to run the last touched value either Mobile or hardwired.

Attached is the current working code from Arduino.
