Clash Royale Deck Tracker

I need someone to create a simple application for the game Clash Royale. All graphics will be provided so there is nothing to design. The application is simply allows users to store their decks along with wins and losses. From the wins and lose it will calculate the win rate of the deck. User also can edit and delete if they wish. They can also filter by higher win rate. I will provide milestone. Milestone is where you completed the application as per how I want it. You can bid slightly more but highest rating and lowest bid will get my attention.
