Build an app.

I need an app which has the ability to register user. User should enter their name, their identity number and phone number. USER: The user should be able to fill forms and upload a picture with each form. He should be able to see a list with the forms he has uploaded and have a searchbar at the top. Each form has a number (Currency) and user should be able to see the total. For example if form 1 has 100 and form 2 has 50 the sum is 150. He should be able to see this information. Each user should only be able to see his forms organized by date (the newest ones on the top of the list). He should also be able to see the sum of the forms accepted by admin. SO if admin accepted only form 2 the total would be 50. EN PROCESO: 100 PERDIDO: 0 GANADO: 50 ADMIN The admin should be able to see the forms the user has uploaded (photo included) and change the status of the form (Ganado, perdido). Its a really simple app. I need it donw fast and available for iOS and Android. It can be done however you want as long as it works (Hyrid, Appmachine etc). I need both apps to be available for download. I need someone who has the knowledge and has done this before. I have no time to waste. Please bid accordingly.
