Build an android of city virtual tour.

I want an android of city virtual tour. its 40 -50 percent part is done. in this app we have images on server. we have to call this images on our app. webservice is done and its communicating with app. so no need to make webservice , we will provide you ui and coding part that we have now you have to continue this app my price is INR 8000 to INR 10000 so please don't bid if you are not happy with this amount now first part : when user click on Map button of my app it shows images in 360 degree view. in image we want an arrow when user touch that arrow next image appear. second part: in this app you see some more button like restaurant and more.. so suppose when user click on restaurant inside this there is more button like macdonals, etc...so when then click on macdonalds so by getting their current location using gps they show the nearest macdonald image ... we have lattitude and longitude of all the shops images third part: suppose user is out of that city that time when they click on map button is display error like message that you are out of city or if there gps is turned off they it shows like please turned on your gps
