Bitcoin Startup Needs CTO/Partner - Blockchain experience

LOOKING FOR A PARTNER - GENEROUS PORTION. WE NEED A CTO. We are looking for a few software engineers that understand the Bitcoin Blockchain to create our patent pending technology for our LLC's. We need a CTO - but will consider all types. Freelancers, those employed but know the blockchain and want to be on a project this cutting edge, etc. If you are a miner only - we would like you to pass. Anyone of some technical degree can mine bitcoins. We need someone who knows the blockchain!!!! About me: I am a finance expert and hold an MBA. I recently closed a deal for my first entrepreneurial endeavor that I only created 10 months ago!!!! I am located in the heart of silicon valley and I seek REAL talent. I need YOU to do all software development and I will take care of the rest - finance, operations, regulations, pitching investors etc. etc. The product cost really is only the software development. Based on our research (and having done this before for an LLC we just sold) it should take 4 months to create a proto-type. I can then show investors and then when I raise funds....that would equate to more work for you. I envision an app with a complimentary website/software and then spread out in many different directions from there. I need someone to make my product happen. I need someone to create a product based on my methods that can be applied to the internet, email, texting, and networks. And make it look great. Your input is desired too......I like creative people that have programming skills. Programming skills required: Experience with building a Bitcoin Wallet or a deep understanding of how cryto-currencies function......absolutely necessary. Huge plus if you have experience with Windows CE software, but not required. HTML, website creation, well versed in cryptography, languages: C, C++, Java Script, iOS mobile app creation, Android app creation, python. The mobile app skills are most important. Getting internet sites to align, with our software and database in the middle, and tie into the cryptography product is essential. Must be a big thinker or have a vision. What I prefer: A whitehat hacker would be perfect for this partnership!!!! Someone that wants to do the project together in their spare time and NOT flake a year in or two. I do NOT want to give equity to have someone disappear. You will need to support what you create until we can license it and both make money. You will have to sign a Non Disclosure agreement. What I am NOT looking for: -A flake that will be hard to get in touch with and not communicate. -A programmer with no patience for non programmers is not what I need. (I know how to read programming but cant create) -DO NOT need a graphic designer only. I am purposefully being "secret" about the project until I interview people under a non disclosure agreement. I have done this before....with my last company and it worked out perfect.
